Swanand Agro collects the name, mobile number, optional email, and delivery address needed to fulfil an order. Account passwords are stored as a one-way hash. Payment card or UPI details are handled by the payment provider when online payment is enabled, and are not stored in this website database.

Order records are kept so the shop can pack, deliver, and account for sales. Staff accounts can view customer details only according to their role.
